José Guillermo Landrón Baralt, from San Juan, Puerto Rico, has always felt a deep connection with storytelling. It is something he strives to express in every work he creates, even if it’s a single-frame illustration. He enjoys making people laugh, so he applies humor when acceptable.

Aside from the visual aspect, he is also a musician who enjoys combining both arts –audio and images– in animation. He signs his works as Joz Terra as pseudonym, because half of the male population* in Puerto Rico is named José.

José is currently a Graphic Designer for a TV station. In his spare time, he is the editor of an independent website about entertainment, named Todo Lo Cool.

He also feels a bit uncomfortable writing about himself in third person, so he wanted me to clarify, and I quote him: “It just looked more formal that way”.
